Striker Climate vs IceArmor Rise V3 vs Frabill I-Float
Short answer: Frabill says its I-Float jacket is a USCG certified PFD; Striker Climate and IceArmor Rise are flotation assist only. Striker has removable insulation, Rise has fixed 150 g.

The big difference here is certification. Striker and Clam sell flotation assist. Frabill says its I-Float jacket is a U.S. Coast Guard certified PFD. Wear ice picks and check thickness either way.

Safety first: even a certified PFD doesn't make thin ice safe. Carry picks, a spud bar and a throw rope.
