I'm Cory Arnold. I live in Iron County, between Iron River and Crystal Falls, with the Ottawa National Forest pretty much out the back door. I hunt and I fish, and in the winter that mostly means ice.

I also run IceSignal. Ice Fish Deals is a side project that came out of the same habit of reading spec sheets and comparing gear before I buy anything.

A few rules I hold myself to here:

Specs come from the manufacturer's own pages, and each guide says where. If two sources disagree, I say so instead of picking the nicer number.

I don't post reviews or star ratings. Prices only appear when my scanner has actually pulled them from a store, stamped with the time they were checked. Otherwise the button sends you to the store to see it.

Some links pay me a commission if you buy. That doesn't change what I write. I'm involved with Macula Tackle, so it gets a labeled featured spot and is kept out of the comparisons.
